$700 Best of Both Worlds Quiet, Private Room (Colorado Springs)

In need of a second renter to share a property in a peaceful neighborhood close to Dublin and Austin Bluffs. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom in the basement because the current renter, a woman, occupies the bedroom on the main level. Although the basement is completed and carpeted, it is not furnished. Since this is a community under HOA management, we are looking for a responsible, employed renter to share the space. Keep in mind that if you have a pet, there isn't a fenced-in yard where they may be put outside. The current renter has a canine. Unless you have a big pickup or SUV, both renters will be able to park their cars in the attached 2-car garage. This unit does not allow smoking. References from previous landlords as well as background and credit checks will be necessary. $700 a month plus a $700 down payment. Tenants will divide the utilities. Rentals are available right now.
