$700 / 2br - 1100ft2 - Small room for rent to share in musician’s house $700/mo (Tucson)

Looking for a responsible roommate for a 1yr lease beginning Oct 1st 2025. Room offered is small with a guest full bath down the hall all to yourself. You’d be rooming with me, a full time 40hr/week house painter and musician. I’m a 40yr old single male and I prefer to keep a sober home but don’t mind occasional 420. storage is available and there is a 3rd office space to be shared. Most of the living room is furnished as well as the office, so you mostly just would need to concern yourself with furnishing your bedroom and your own bath curtain. Utilities are on average $300/mo split 2 ways. Also my landlord requires a $700 deposit on top of 1st months rent. Location is great north of Campbell and Prince We’re near Safeway and Trader Joe’s both walking distance! I have a backup plan to push new move in date all the way til Nov 1st as a last resort, but would like to get someone in sooner. Pets are an option case by case.
