CONCERNING THE ROOM: Sublet room with private bathroom, furnished, $650 Beginning in August, we will be renting out a furnished room in our home. We will divide the $650 rent and utilities three ways. For the duration of your stay, you will also require renters insurance (Lemonade Insurance is effective). For move-in, the first and final months' rent must be paid in advance. We are renting a main room that is around 15 by 12 feet and has two closets and a separate bathroom. Plenty of parking on the street. ABOUT OUR HOME: Our home has a finished basement and is around 1800 square feet. There are flora and artwork everywhere. We have a large backyard with a porch space in both the front and rear. We are currently transforming the garage into a woodworking studio and landscaping a large garden. Approximately three minutes' drive from Memorial Park and seven minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs, we are located in the Park Hill area. Walgreens and a small grocery are just around the corner from us.
