House is in lincoln il . There is 2 adults and one child who live here in a 5 bedroom home . I am renting one room out for the winter. Room includes all utilities in the rent . Rent is $600.00 deposit is $600.00 do a month to month lease. Room is fully furnished with fire place 55 inch tv queen bed mini refrigerator and a dresser / closet. Im taking application room can be seen on the weekends. Both me and other adult work in the medical field . The house is vary comfortably fenced in back yard hot tub sunroom fire pit . We do have 3 dogs so we don't allow pets . Smoking is allowed but only outside and there lots of places to seat outside and relax
