It's beautiful and large (15' x 23'!!!) with three fridges and an 8' x 4' Granite Island with barstools. If you like to cook or entertain, you'll be in heaven! But I digress.... The House is in a quiet area, and is very centrally located! We're walking distance to NYC Train and to Muhlenberg Hospital as well as Ducret School of the Arts. We're very convenient to downtown Westfield, only 35 miles to NYC or Princeton and 15 miles to Rutgers. The house is equipped with all the important stuff, like Wireless high-speed Internet (FIOS), HD Digital Cable TV in every room, several refrigerators, washer and dryer, dishwasher, off-street parking, several fire-places, and plenty of storage space in the basement. Also, we have a large back yard with a BBQ Pit and don't forget that Cleaning lady! The available room is a "finished" attic space with a partially sloped ceiling and has a stained glass window which opens. It rents for $525 plus $225 utilities -- bringing the monthly total to a flat $750. That includes EVERYTHING -- Even a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks! The house is shared by six people.
