Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this listing for the "Large Room", for rent. 13' x 12' including a built in and a 9' x 2.5' closet. This place is Located in Bay Ho, just outside Pacific Beach, but not IN PB!... and above the Costco off of Morena Blvd. In San Diego. The room can be partially furnished for extra $ per month if desired. Please No: -smokers / vapers; or any kind of nicotine -work from home -pets -This is not a party place, nor is it a half way house. We have a quiet, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. With a fun, friendly and chill vibe!(This is the key to this place) Looking for the same in the last roommate. Working professionals, and/or students are probably the best fit. We are 2 engineers and a Scientist, who are friendly and busy with work and lives that currently reside. We all met renting here at this house, over the years. The person leaving has been here for 3 years! people love the place and chill/ happy vibe. We're also semi-gamers. We sometimes will play online games together and cook an occasional meal together as well. Looking for people who care about and strive to better themselves. Also, obviously pay rent on time. And, you don't have to be a gamer or an Engineer to live here. ;D -Gigabit internet with a new wifi 7, tri band router. Only 3 miles from ocean! Located just outside of La Jolla and Pacific Beach. Close to trolley station and 5/ 52 freeways. UCSD, USD, Mesa. Clairemont square with Vons and movie theater, food pavilion. Also, only a few miles from Convoy st. which has incredible food and wide diversity of dinning. Plenty of street parking within 1 - 15 feet of house (also off street parking). You'll never have to look for a spot. Quiet, well lit and safe street. Prefer a 6-12 month lease. If interested, please include a bit about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit.
