I'm moving out at the end of September. So my roommate and I are looking for somebody to fill this vacancy. It's a 2 bedroom house, located in a quiet neighborhood in Point Loma, very close to the YMCA off W. Point Loma Blvd. Not a whole lot of requirements from me. Just have reliable income and no drug addicts or criminals... It's a nice place, good condition, not run-down or anything. Shared bathroom and common areas. There is a laundry room with very efficient working washer and dryer. There is a one-car garage, Roommate rarely uses it. About me: I'm a 33 year old single male. I work in Ocean Beach Monday thru Friday; and on the weekends, I visit with my children. So I'm really only around in the evening time after work. My roommate works full time too. This spot will be available the very first day of October. I'm putting up this ad now, early, so that we have plenty of time to find the right person to fill this spot. We'd definitely love to meet you! I am available to meet in person in the mornings (before 11am) on weekdays. The rent will be $1450 a month with a $1450 deposit upon move-in.
