$1,400 / 3br - Master bedroom with private bathroom (Fallbrook)

I have a large bedroom with a walk in closet and private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub and standing shower for rent. Washer/dryer available in home. A/C and heating can be used whenever needed. I'm a single mother of one boy and I need to find a nice person or couple to move in ASAP. I have a shy but friendly pug that keeps to himself. I will consider a small animal for an additional fee. My home is located in a very peaceful serene and safe community near the 15 and 76 freeway and 10 minutes away from downtown fallbrook. There's a gas station and small market just a couple miles away. Some utilities included in rent. Electricity and water bill will be split between us every month.
