Hi! I am a 33 year old woman working in the cannabis industry and am renting a room in my two bedroom 1 bathroom condo style apartment! Huge living space my unit has a large living room, plus large dining room, nice sized kitchen with a private backyard and then a shared backyard space shared amongst the other 3 units! Both rooms are extremely large, the room available for rent has a walk in closet and also includes double doors giving you the option to enter the unit/ the room via the backdoor/ backyard or of course can always use front entrance. Extremely safe/ nice neighborhood with plenty of parking! I work often but am home on my off days, I only really have family over a few times out of the year as most are out of town. I would prefer another female but am open to rent to a male as well. I am looking for someone who we mutually respect each other's personal space but also willing to chat/ share dinner sometimes, however I do like mostly keeping to myself. Being tidy esp in common areas is a MUST. Splitting house duties and chores is also a must. Absolutely NO drug use NO smoking in the unit I am 420 friendly but out of respect of the lease and upstairs neighbors taking a walk is necessary. A deposit is required Landlord will also require a credit check and for rentee to be added to lease for the duration of your time living here.
