We are looking for one person to rent 160 sq. ft. private bedroom with a shared bathroom, a shared living room & a shared kitchen. A mature, working professional with a stable income is preferred. Rent is $1,375 per month. A refundable security deposit of $1,300 is required at move-in. Preferred 6 months lease, with a month-to-month after that with 30 days’ notice for move out. A shorter period can be discussed. For rent: • The bedroom is 14.5' x 11' with a closet. It has a two-year-old carpet and like-new furniture: queen-size bed with new linens, desk with office chair, nightstand, dresser, table, and floor lamps. LCD TV with a digital antenna (~80 channels, including most local channels) • Full bathroom 9' x 5' with tub will be shared with another tenant (man). Towels are provided. Rent includes: • All utilities (heat/gas, electricity, water, sewage, and garbage) • Bi-weekly room cleaning • Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access (500 Mbps) • LCD TV with digital antenna (~80 channels, including most local channels) • Free washer and dryer on the second floor • One designated off-street parking space • Dining room with dinnerware is available • Kitchen is available for cooking with access to all kitchen tools • Separate refrigerators for two renters The house: The room is located on the second story of a two-story home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the second floor. The second floor has a separate entrance. Only four people will live on the second floor: us, a mature couple, two renters including you, and two cats. If you have a cat our cats will be glad to meet a new friend. We have a large beautiful garden and backyard filled with orange, lemon, pear and apple trees you are welcome to use. House is near Woodside Road & Kentfield Ave, approximately 4 miles from Stanford campus, one block from Safeway, 2 miles from easy 101 & 280 access. No smoking in the house, No drugs. Room for 1 person only, visitors can be discussed. Copies of the last pay stub, last bank statement, or other proof of income, as well as 2 references, are required.
