About me - I’m a mid 40’s prof yoga instructor w/ a passion for almost all things active outdoors & I come paired w/ a contagiously happy, freakishly chill siberian husky; unfortunately though, the landlord wont allow any additional pets. My roommate just bought a house that he’ll be moving to come November; however he has flexibility to move sooner should ia right fit want to move in sooner. I’m looking for a fully employed, non-smoking, single adult roommate who has good credit, employment & rental history / landlord references. Thespace will be available end of Sept About the house: 2 floors 2 bed/2bath HW floors, DW, W & D gas heat 1st floor is main entrance, shared very spacious living room, office space, kitchen, dishwasher, dining area, private bedroom & shared bathroom (being on the main floor its not conducive to being a private bathroom) Front & back deck, yard space, Ample off-street parking, non-coin op / free washer/dryer in unit & storage space Lower floor is 2nd private bedroom & bath off bedroom
