The property is technically a duplex which has been opened up. The downstairs unit is where the room is available. We are a mix of adults: 3 females and 1 male in our 40s and 50s with one pretty great dog. I'm one of the 3 females with the pretty great dog that lives in the downstairs unit, I have 5 years of sobriety so we're looking for an individual that doesn't engage in hard drinking or drug use.
