Greetings, all. I am renting out a room in my beautiful, 2 bed/1 bath, Kensington apartment, located in one of San Diego's nicest neighborhoods. The building is an enclosed/gated fixture, newly renovated, has an enclosed outdoor common area, with a laundry room on-site. It is available on October 1st at $1,250 per month. The apartment is one of 11 units in the building. It has a furnished walk-out patio, huge furnished living room, as well as a furnished dinning room/kitchen area with all major appliances. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished. Apartment is located on a quite street, just East of the 15. Only a five minute walk to Downtown Kensington, five minute drive to North Park, and less than a five minute drive to Normal Heights. As for me, I am a 39 year old guy, with a full-time job in hospitality. I am neat, clean, respectful, and considerate, and am searching for the same. I keep it extremely mellow, as I rarely, if ever, have guests over. I've lived here for 10 years now, and absolutely love it! If I'm not at work, I am most likely working on my art, in this case, music. So you would have to be cool with me playing acoustic guitar and singing almost daily, though typically in the afternoon. I am totally open to living with any age, gender, or race, as long as you're cool. If you suck, need not apply. I am also open to living with a couple for the sake of cheaper rent.
