We are a couple with a three-story townhouse and two cats who are very quiet, sleepy and sweet. We work from home sometimes so we’re looking for somebody who does have work outside of the house. Offering a three month lease and then month-to-month 1250 a month +150 for utilities and cleaning. Moving cost include security deposit of $750.
