Ideally perfect for siblings, friends, or significant other couples. 1 person per room due to occupancy regulations. -This is NOT for the entire house. You will be joining one other tenant in the house (1 male on a separate floor with a private bathroom and exit/entrance) to form a total household of 4 tenants by the end of the summer.
