Two rooms are available in my three-bedroom home, and I’m looking for animal-loving roommates to fill them! I have indoor/outdoor cats and dogs and backyard geese and chickens, and additional pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Who I’m looking for: - clean - responsible - community mindset About the home: - Family neighborhood - Full bath - Large backyard - Close to Mills college - Plenty of nearby restaurants - Easy access to the 580, and Coliseum Bart station About room 1 - Medium-sized with two windows - Hardwood floors - Walk-in closet - Shared bathroom About room 2 - Medium-sized with two windows - Hardwood floors - Lots of light - Shared bathroom About the Housemates: - Easygoing, open-minded, responsible, and clean - 420 friendly Cherise: - 40, she/they/him pronouns - Middle school teacher - I'm originally from North Dakota (it's a real place, I swear!), but I've lived all over the U.S. - I will not abide a chocolate-free household - I spend probably too much time watching Netflix - Love to DIY around the house Move-in cost is first month's rent plus $1,100 deposit.
