$1,094 / 2br - 1265ft2 - Looking for roommate, available October!

Hi! I'm a professional woman looking for a roommate for my 2b 2b apartment in Bellevue. Rent is $1,094 (includes high-speed internet). Utilities (water/electric) are usually $100-150/person. Renters insurance is $25/person quarterly. The open room is 14.5’ x 11’ and unfurnished and has a walk-in closet. You would have your own private bathroom right outside the bedroom. All common areas are furnished, but there’s room for more if you’re bringing your own! The apartment complex is gated and quiet. Amenities include three pools, a fire pit, gym, and walking path. It’s a great location if you like to spend time outdoors, as it’s right next to Warner Parks! It’s about a 20 min drive to Midtown/Downtown/Vanderbilt. I’m in my 30s and work full time Mon-Fri in Midtown. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful people’s space. I don’t throw parties and rarely have guests. I’m introverted and value my alone time, but I’m also up for a chat. Unfortunately, I can’t have pets because of allergies :( Please feel free to ask for more information or pictures!
