hi friends! we have a room opening up in our sunny, spacious, cute upstairs unit of an old victorian home in West Oakland, for an Oct/Nov move in & month-month lease takeover. our unit is a 3bed / 1bath with in-unit washer/dryer. rent and utilities are evenly split three ways for $1060/month, wifi, water, trash included.
