Very spacious room, a fantastic rooftop patio with a great view of all of San Diego. Very easy access to Highway 8 and Highway 5. All of the roommates are very laid-back. Three of them work one attend USD. (Curently 1 girl and 4 guys) so its open to a guy or girl But a very chill place to live altogether. The room for rent is in the downstairs of the house so it is secluded if that’s how you wanna be or you can join everyone in the common room or on the rooftop patio of course. You would share the downstairs with one other Roommate also named Jake. Very great guy very friendly and you would share the bathroom with him. Plenty of storage room in the garage. I also have a couch and a bed that I can sell for very cheap if you needed the room semi furnished. Let me know if any questions and I can happily answer.
