Vacation and Retirement Vacation time starts accruing after one full year of employment. Qualifications Qualified DOT physical Minimum of two years over-the-road winter mountain driving experience is preferred. No more than two moving violations in a three-year period. No convictions or deferment charges for alcohol or drugs within five years.
