About the Role: The Manufacturing Flow Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the proper workflow of the manufacturing team, by providing the necessary support and accountability to maintain a consistent and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include: Monitors or patrols all work areas in the facility and transports work order components throughout the facility to ensure that regular production schedules are met and that a steady flow of parts coming in and going out is maintained in every department. Place components within the corresponding kitting area (as defined by department supervisor) for the parent work order when appropriate. Electronically issuing and moving components (and work orders) within the E1/RF Smart software systems to make sure that the system always reflects the true location of the components. Able to understand and follow verbal and written instruction, and determine what needs to be moved where, when it needs moved, and what needs to be done once it is delivered to that location. Understand production schedules to determine movement, deliveries, and material requirements. Help department supervisors maintain organization within pick-up and drop-off locations throughout the course of each workday. Enforces standard work procedures as they pertain to the flow of work within the facility to ensure that guidelines are consistently followed and understood. Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on pallets, benches, shelves, carts, or lifting devices. Performing routine post and pre inspections of machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
