PASSENGER - ($15 per hour for loading/unloading and $12 per hour when riding in the truck and other non labor time). Must have a valid drivers license and moving experience. Some customer service experience in a retail setting preferred but not required. Lead movers are paid weekly. 4. LEAD MOVER/PASSENGER: ($16 per hour loading/unloading, $13 per hour ride time and non-labor time) a lead mover still performs the passenger position, but in addition is responsible for paperwork, key holder, communication with the manager, handling money and submitting move and payroll information through our website. Some customer service experience in a retail setting preferred but not required. Lead movers are paid weekly. 5. SUPERVISOR - $19 per hour load/unload and $16 per hour for drive and non-labor time. In charge of the Columbus location. Combines office work, some retail and moving. Must have moving experience as well as open availability (must be able to work when needed), a valid driver's license, must work a minimum of 35 hours per week. 85% of the job is doing moving.
