Collaborate regularly with other departments to maintain alignment across operations and service standards. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and reinforcing warehouse safety policies and best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable.
