We are seeking a Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly and or demolition of machinery, conveyor systems, automated cells and platforms in various industrial settings. This role requires proficient experience with hand tools and power tools, forklift/aerial lift operation, rigging, mechanically inclined, precision leveling/alignment, welding, availability, dependability. Requirements Duties Showing up everyday on time. Installation and demolition of machinery, conveyor systems, robot cells, automated storage and retrieval, platforms, etc. Using hand tools, power tools (impacts, drills, sawzalls, grinders, etc), levels, and lasers. Installation: Offloading equipment from trucks, bolt up assembly of equipment (conveyors, robot cells, platforms, etc), welding, ability to read and execute installation drawings. Demolition: Cutting or disassembling equipment to be scrapped. Willing and able to take direction. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Take initiative. Focus on quality of work. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaboration: Work closely with foreman and less experienced millwrights to complete projects efficiently. Willing and able to lead 2-3 person sub crew. Desire to expand skill set. Qualifications Personally dedicated reliable vehicle. Proficient experience with hand tools and power tools. Forklift/aerial lift operation. Rigging experience. Mechanically inclined. Stick welding. We need drivers to make deliveries throughout Las Vegas Metro using their own box truck. Successful candidates will have their own 26' box truck and be physically able to lift and move up to 60 lbs. Freight is mostly auto parts. Our routes begin around 6:30am and finish early afternoon M-F. Route should be less than 100 miles per day. We pay a flat daily rate of $240 per day. Expertise and Functions Provide support in the areas of scheduling, data gathering/limited analyses, database population, preparation of technical/project reports, test reports, and associated documentation Participate in test or project events as assigned by Project Manager or Engineering supervisor Assist with development of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL)s per Statement of Work Assist with development of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project Develop Bill of Material (BOM) from Technical Data Package (TDP) Develop purchase requisitions based on program needs and funding Observe all safety rules and maintains a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area Work cross functionally in other areas as needed Identify priorities based on time constraints and resources available Use various hand tools and machinery as required Maintain a clean work area Work unsupervised at times Report status and results Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon contract award.
