This vital position is responsible for managing the transport and delivery of landscaping equipment and materials to job sites. We are seeking a dependable driver who possesses significant physical and mental stamina to consistently ensure safe, accurate, and on-schedule deliveries. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient, and maintain a clean driving record. This position comes with numerous benefits and will also be driving our brand new truck. Job Duties and Responsibilities Work 40+ hours/week, including occasional early mornings and late evenings. Assist with fleet and equipment maintenance duties when not making deliveries. Fully understand how to safely operate all combinations of vehicles and equipment Transport and deliver equipment and materials to a variety of jobsites. Pick up loads and organize materials in an ordered, logical manner. Safely and efficiently handle and unload equipment and materials at their destination. Obtain and sign invoices and manifests for inspected pickups and deliveries Maintain clear communication with Management and field crews Perform thorough pre and post trip inspections Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered. Accurately track and report working hours. Adhere to all company rules and regulations. Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to weather and road conditions. Comply with all ICC and DOT regulations. Make safety a priority at all times. Class A Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Clean driving record with no moving violations. Must pass a background check and drug test. Skilled at driving large vehicles. Alert, focused, and detail-oriented. Physically and mentally fit. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time. Able to operate heavy equipment (skid steer, loaders, mini and large excavators). Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful. Apply now in 2 minutes! Powered by
