Summary of Position: The Storeroom Clerk is responsible for storekeeping and receiving functions. Duties include receiving and verifying all food and beverage stores against requisitions prior to storage, making direct issues, and maintaining records of all transactions. The Storeroom Clerk ensures the storeroom is maintained in accordance with established standards, prepares necessary reports, and assists with Supply Room operations as needed.
