Maintenance Tech Multifamily Apartment employment type: full-time starting rate (doe) is $18-$19 first 90 days then $19 or $20 DOE or $21 (Plumbing skills)+. We will also pay towards your medical insurance up to $350 per month. Basic skills in HVAC (replace filters, thermostats, clean or replace thermocouple, identify problem, drain water lines, etc). The ability to adapt to different equipment and projects will be very helpful. This is a year round position.
