Full time 40 hours/week. Diagnostic (electrical and mechanical) experience a must. Experience with older (pre-2000) vehicles is a a huge plus. We service all makes: American, Asian, and European, from the 1920's through the mid 2000's. We are passionate about helping people with keeping their cars on the road, whether it's a Rolls Royce or beat up old Ford just to get someone to work. Qualified candidates need to be dependable, self-reliant, professional, have great problem solving and communication skills and a strong work ethic. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
