Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

We're looking for a 2nd Shift Receiving Supervisor to take charge of all inbound activity—managing people, product, and processes to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the go-to person for leading the receiving team, keeping things organized, and making sure every pallet that rolls in gets checked, logged, and stored with care. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the Team Supervise and support a team of receiving associates with energy and clarity. Handle training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management. Build a team culture that’s accountable, efficient, and focused on results. Running the Floor Oversee unloading of inbound shipments with precision and urgency. Ensure all products are inspected, documented, and entered into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and quickly. Keeping it Accurate Verify that received goods match purchase orders in quantity and condition. Flag and report any discrepancies or damaged product immediately. Maintaining Inventory Integrity Work with the inventory team to ensure incoming stock is tracked correctly. Help with cycle counts and contribute to clean, well-organized inventory records. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with procurement, inventory, and shipping teams to keep operations aligned and efficient. Act as a key communicator between shifts to ensure continuity and problem-solving. Driving Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline receiving processes.
