You will produce boundary, topographic, and control surveys, as well as handle construction stakeout for residential and commercial developments. Review projects to ensure they meet technical, project, budgetary, and timeline constraints. Perform deed analysis and prepare working sketches for various projects. Reading, understanding, and drawing legal descriptions for easements and deeds to ensure accurate project documentation. Provide quality control and assurance on all survey deliverables, maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
