Interpret field crew notes to analyze and process survey data accurately. Utilize AutoCAD/Civil 3D to produce detailed surveys, maps, plats, sketches, and legal descriptions. Review projects to ensure they meet technical, project, budgetary, and timeline constraints. Perform deed analysis and prepare working sketches for various projects. Reading, understanding, and drawing legal descriptions for easements and deeds to ensure accurate project documentation. Provide quality control and assurance on all survey deliverables, maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with survey industry standards and procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Civil 3D preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
