We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused RV Parts Associate to join our team and assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their RV. Location: 377 Capital Cir. SW, Tallahassee, FL 32304 Responsibilities: Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include: ·        Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories. ·        Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services. ·        Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts. ·        Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts. ·        Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels. ·        Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance. ·        Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. ·       Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked. ·       Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. ·       All other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: ·        Proven experience in a parts counter or similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry. ·        Strong knowledge of RV parts, accessories, and systems. ·        Excellent customer service and communication skills. ·        Ability to identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and other resources. ·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·        Proficiency in using parts management software and computer systems. ·        High school diploma or equivalent. Previous merchandising experience and/or a background in design is helpful but not required. The position will involve, but is not limited to, building and moving fixtures and fixture parts, moving and rearranging product according to guidelines, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of visual displays. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Persons hired for any Merchandising Assistant position must be physically capable of a variety of physical and manual work which includes walking, standing, moving for a majority of every shift. The employee must have a full range of motion in their arms, hands, feet, and legs and be able to lift 25-50 lbs. independently and help move furniture and displays as appropriate with a lifting partner throughout each shift.
