Entry Level Construction Material Tester

*Experienced Geotechnical Material Tester* *Denver, CO *Starting at $22-$25 per hour *Hours: Monday-Friday 40-50 hours+/week (Overtime Paid at 1.5X past 40 hours) *Responsibilities: * * Collecting samples of soils, concrete, asphalt, and other materials for various commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. * Recording GPS coordinates of work locations. * Operating machinery and drills to obtain material samples. * Engaging in physical work, being on your feet and using your hands for most of the day. * Traveling between different sites in the area and managing laboratory tasks. * Conducting light data entry duties. *Incentives: * * Paid Training: Typically receive pay raises after completing certifications * Certifications: ACI, WAQTC, LabCat, CAPA - Paid for by employer Requirements *Requirements: * * Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record * Ability to pass pre-employment background check * Ability to pass pre-employment drug test * Reliable transportation * High School Diploma or GED * Must be at least 21 years of age

As an Entry-Level Material Handler / Expeditor, you will support production and operations by ensuring materials and parts are accurately tracked, moved, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in manufacturing. Job Description/ Responsibilities: • Read production schedules and work orders to determine material requirements and priorities. • Manage Work Travelers and update as required before moving material to next operation • Communicate with department supervisors to identify and resolve material shortages or delays. • Verify part numbers and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies. • Prepare outgoing shipments to Outside Process Suppliers. • Prepare for meetings with Production Supervisor and Internal Customers. • Interact with all levels of workforce. • Ensure safe work habits and compliance with company safety standards. Required Qualifications: • No prior experience required — we will train! • Willingness to learn and take direction. • Requires standing, sitting, bending, squatting, twisting and must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. • Must have good organizational skills. • Must have good work ethic: reliable, responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude, stay focus…to maintain productivity. • Able to work with minimal supervision • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. • Able to clearly and effectively communicate information, instructions, and feedback in person, over the phone, and in writing. • Comfortable interacting with team members, supervisors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Applications

PCCP, Embankment, etc. Two years of experience with roadway or bridge rehabilitation/reconstruction including: Highway: some or all the experience with the reconstruction of pavement, drainage systems, roadway lighting and traffic signals; asphalt pavement milling and paving; utility protection/relocation; pavement markings/stripings; and related work Bridge: Several or all the following: concrete & steel demolition; repair of reinforced concrete and structural steel; steel erection; construction of reinforced concrete decks; retaining walls and/or substructure units (piers & abutments); reconstruction of approach roadways; inspection of Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) and related work Desirable having one or more of the certifications and/or training listed below or at least the willingness to obtain that relevant to the project at earliest convenience. Looking for armed guards for a jewelry store inside the Southland mall in Hayward Pay will be w2/payroll, 5th and 20th of every month, direct deposit. $24 an hour for armed, straight pay. Shifts are 7 to 8 hours a day starting at 11 AM. Prefer guards with a good presence, confident, and experienced. Please have at least a vest or other security gear.
