As an Automated Test Engineer, you will identify acceptance criteria required by the business stakeholder, test environment, and test readiness requirements, develop automated testing scripts, conduct testing activities using automated testing tools, and provide the status of testing in the course of a 2-week Sprint cycle. Your Role Work closely with the application architects to develop a solid testing solution, working towards the future state of the application architecture that includes automated testing for continuous integration. Lead complex test automation efforts using Cucumber/Selenium and Java for large Agile software projects. Develop automated test scripts for new features based on acceptance criteria and user stories during each development Sprint. Develop, implement, document, and monitor best practices for test automation developers across Scrum teams. Communicates automation goals, priorities, and status across the organization. Identify innovative solutions to solve complex test problems. Assist in the training/mentoring of team members, including testers, developers, and business analysts. Partner with Agile Release Train to plan for new functionality, resolve defects, and incorporate error injection test methodologies. Provide input into improving the Automation test framework for the organization. Define automated test criteria to be used to determine which functionality should be automated. Develop automated tests for all functionality that meets the specified automation criteria. At Whiteline Express, you’ll keep our trucks and trailers running strong. You’ll handle diagnostics, maintenance, and full repairs on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding or fabrication work. You’ll remove, fix, reinstall, and adjust parts, inspect your work, and make sure everything meets safety rules and regulations. You’ll also lead the crew, assign tasks, check work, guide on tough repairs, and help train others. You’ll manage parts using TMT, handle after-hours repairs when needed, respond to service calls, and keep maintenance records up to date. You’ll open and close the shop and make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. We’re looking for someone with solid diesel mechanic experience (lead or supervisory experience is a plus), strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, and the ability to use diagnostic tools and repair software (TMT a bonus). You need a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to get one) and the flexibility to work varied hours, including after-hours calls. What You’ll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic: Supervise shift mechanics by assigning tasks, verifying completed work, and assisting with training and disciplinary actions as needed. Authorize and oversee after-hours repairs in alignment with company policies and procedures. Manage parts inventory using TMT, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts and supplies. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and full-service repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and trailers, including work on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding/fabrication tasks. Remove, repair, reinstall, and adjust vehicle components; conduct thorough final inspections to ensure all repairs meet federal and state safety regulations. Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Respond to on-site service calls and provide support as needed. Collaborate with technicians and provide guidance on complex repairs and troubleshooting. Open and close the maintenance facility, ensuring readiness and security of operations. Diesel Mechanic Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a diesel mechanic; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software (experience with TMT a plus). Strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
