Manages projects and programs within the organization: Projects and programs may include relocation of existing facilities, small civil capital projects, and overseeing the implantation of software. Responsibilities Demonstrated prior experience with managing multiple construction projects that have Engineering-Procurement-Construction-Closeout phases that span across multiple years (a minimum of 24-month project life cycle) In this position, the Project Manager will be responsible to issue the Authorization to Construct and hence all project pre-requisites to facilitate timely construction start must be ensured. Proven experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring deliverable hand-offs between Stakeholders are done in a timely and efficient manner. Must possess excellent communication skills and effectively communicate project status, progress, budget and cost information to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate project team meetings, ensuring key decisions and action items are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Resolve issues promptly, establish task priorities, and manage conflicts with team members and functional managers. Possess strong Project Management core competencies in the areas of Planning, Scheduling, Cost tracking and budget management, Risk Analysis and Mitigation Proven experience with working with the field Construction Manager and Construction Contractors Requirements Bachelor's degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Skilled in using MS Excel and Access. PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred, but not required.

Need a licensed P.E. to provide and review structural calculations for permitting. Individual only, no firms. Part-time side job preferred on an as-needed contract basis. Prefer Steel Moment frame and Concrete experience.

The position will support our geotechnical engineering department with any/all CAD and/or GIS-related tasks; including (but not limited to): • Preparing design drawings and report figures using both CAD and GIS platforms; • Building & maintaining a variety of GIS databases; and • Preparation of subsurface exploration logs. Education: All candidates for the position must have (at a minimum) a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus completion of twenty (20) total college semester credit hours in CAD, GIS/geomatics, remote sensing, photogrammetry, computer science, natural science, surveying technology, engineering, urban planning, cartography, geography, or related fields. Minimum of nine (9) credit hours is required in CAD. A degree or formal CAD certification is preferred.   Experience: Four (4) years of work experience where CAD is a major responsibility is required. Additional work experience where CAD is a major responsibility above the required four (4) years may be substituted for the required education; likewise, additional education in CAD may be substituted for up to two (2) years required work experience. For these purposes, one (1) year of experience is equivalent to six (6) college semester credit hours of education. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Must have the ability to proficiently and independently operate CAD software packages to perform the representative duties. • Must have the ability to learn or do basic GIS editing. Some GIS experience or education preferred. • Must be detail and accuracy oriented. • Must have strong mathematical skills. • Should have an understanding of civil drafting disciplines, drawing standards, associated symbology and design concepts. • Ability to translate documentation to update CAD data and displays. • Knowledge of and ability to follow QA/QC procedures. • Ability to import and export data to various formats. • Ability to understand land-based coordinate systems. • Must exhibit excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in writing instructions, documentation and reports. • Perform scanner/plotter/printer operation and maintenance. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Must be able to work with Microsoft Office products • Character, integrity and a positive attitude are prerequisites. Compensation: Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and will be adjusted periodically based on performance, tenure, and inflation. However, starting pay for this position will typically range between $33-$38/hr (DOE).
