The Construction Manager works with the project management team and the company as a whole to oversee the daily management, coordination, supervision, and successful completion of projects. Hold weekly meetings with crews both internal and external to keep the team informed and address all issues Ensure field personnel is adhering to all company policies and procedures Work closely with local utility locating services and utility providers to ensure all utilities are marked Ensure all company safety practices are being adhered to in the field, not limited to PPE use.
