MUST HAVE Senior Producer Level Experience Responsibilities Manage creative workflows, ensuring work is assigned and deadlines are met Represent and protect project requirements throughout the full production lifecycle Keep all projects on track, ensuring accountability across teams and to client goals Create and maintain detailed project documentation and regular status reports Collaborate with legal to draft and manage contracts and budgets for independent artists Demonstrate a strong understanding of localization workflows and requirements Identify scope creep early and proactively address potential risks Conduct quality control to ensure deliverables align with client expectations Translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for the team Manage internal and external resources effectively to meet deadlines Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients Requirements 4+ years of experience managing design, motion or digital production-focused projects Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment Experience with AV (audio/video) projects is a major plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills An “over-communicator” who’s prepared and detail-oriented Confident leading meetings and presenting to large groups of stakeholders A true team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and frequent change Quick thinker with strong problem-solving instincts Proficient with Google Workspace and collaborative tools (docs, sheets, slides, etc.) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience with Airtable and/or Monday.com is a big plus A love of movies and series is a bonus! The ideal candidate shall provide technical expertise in support of, but not limited to: Item Managers, configuration management, data review, hardware repair and integration, and field level support. Spectrum's Equipment Specialist shall perform technical duties utilizing a broad knowledge of electronic equipment principles, and techniques and possess a thorough knowledge of digital and analog circuitry. Technical experience should include, but not limited to: Installation, integration, adjustment, upgrade, modification, repair, operational checks, initial on-site system and operational capabilities awareness as required, repair management of communication and electronic hardware. Provide general technical advice on installed and deployed COMSEC products radio frequency systems to CCSD and the program office. Provide quarterly evaluation and analysis of all maintenance actions. Provide system users technical advice on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting. Travel to provide support for COMSEC Products systems as required. This candidate shall develop and document successful test procedures. The Equipment Specialist shall serve as the subject matter expert and technical adviser during Program Management Reviews, Technical Exchange Meetings, Technical Interchange Meetings, vendor product demonstrations and at guidance and provisioning conferences. Perform interrogation and cataloging actions and review and verify stock level requirements utilizing Air Force supply databases. Use the Joint Deficiency Reporting System to perform equipment deficiency coordination and reporting. Provide guidance on Defense Demilitarization policies and procedures and assign item identification codes in support of Life Cycle Management. Support personnel are required to input data to Government produced reports and data systems, attend meetings, and assist with briefings as required. Hearing and sight PPE will be available on site. POSITION TYPE AND TYPICAL WORK HOURS: Eight hour day between Monday through Friday; 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m (flexable).
