What you’ll do: Fuse is looking for an Electrical Assembly technician to support complex production-level builds of circuit-level to unit-level hardware. This is a full-time position supporting hardware assembly and production. Please respond with resume. Must be able to work locally in San Diego. U.S. Citizenship is required Requirements We are looking for: Ideal candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience with the following: Electrical circuitry Electrical components and assembly Soldering complex electrical systems and subsystems Subsystem assembly Unit level assembly Parts kitting Wire harnessing Cabling Multi-meter and electrical test equipment Manufacturing J-STD-001 Certified IPC Specialist desired but not required. Other duties and projects may be assigned based on the operational objectives of the company. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and two years’ experience in warehouse/inventory and previous experience operating powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment in automotive/manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Complete required production documentation, manually or by data entry, accurately and timely. Visually inspect and test finished parts to ensure they have been correctly assembled according to quality specifications. Machine Shop Production Manager We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily machining operations in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume production environment. This role is responsible for coordinating labor, equipment, and workflows to meet production goals while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
