Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate team activities during chemical cleaning projects to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee the preparation and execution of chemical cleaning procedures, including the selection of appropriate chemicals and equipment. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on safe chemical handling and operational best practices. Maintain detailed documentation of cleaning operations, including chemical usage, safety measures, and completion reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and address any client concerns. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment, coordinating with procurement to ensure necessary supplies. Implement and uphold company safety and quality standards throughout all operations. Resolve operational challenges and perform troubleshooting during chemical cleaning processes. Conduct post-job analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical cleaning or related field. Proven supervisory experience managing teams. Strong knowledge of safety regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal. Hazardous Materials certification or equivalent. Training in chemical safety and emergency response (HAZWOPER). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to work in varied environments (offshore, construction sites).
