Up for sale is my 1950 Willys CJ3A civilian Jeep. This is a very RARE Jeep model with only 132.000 being manufactured. It is the civilian version of the M38 military Jeep. Compare that production with the following civilian and military models: MB 335,500, CJ2A 214,700, M38 61,400, M38A1 unknown, CJ5 600,000. It is a very solid vehicle with a good amount of surface rust. Body very straight with one of the rear corners showing some damage which needs straightening should a restoration proceed. It is currently not running, but does have a good engine and transmission. I have decided to sell it to someone looking for a great restoration prospect! Great tow bar, good solid tires (Kendra Radials KLEVER A/P Load range E, Size LT235/75R16. Wheels have just been sandblasted, primered, and painted. Seat frames were recently sanded, primered, and painted with the correct black enamel. Original back cushions were reinstalled with new correct hardware.. Lower seat cushions are new old stock from the M151 series of military Jeeps. I find theese a lot more comfortable than the normal Jeep bottom cushions. New brake lines have been installed, with additional repair needed to complete the brake project. Ran great util it stopped one day. We have not be able to restart it. This is above my pay grade to diagnose and would expect its new owner to solve the issue. We are getting spark, fuel, and air. Turns over strongly with its good battery. Speedometer shows 83,931 miles and I believe this is correct for the Jeep. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to own one of these Jeeps. Call if you have an interest. Happy to answer any questions you may have. CJ2A MA MB M38 M38A1 CJ5
