$775 furnished or unfurnished room for sublet (close-in SE)

Hi all, we have a room for rent or sublet starting end of Oct **if you don't answer the questions at the end, we will assume you didn't read the ad ** HOUSE: Lots of hardwood flooring, several stained-glass windows, large kitchen w/breakfast nook, two bathrooms (incl clawfoot tub), front porch and shaded back yard w/ firepit, external garage, and large basement w/ washer and dryer and space for crafting. Neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and VERY centrally-located. ROOM: Large, very private and quiet basement room with full-size south-facing window. ***Ceilings are on the shorter so this is likely not the best option for a tall person*** Plenty of room for large bed, desk, sofa, etc. 14x11. Can come furnished or not (we have extra queen bed, dresser, desk, shelf, etc). Shares bathroom with just one person. ROOMMATES: -Queer, cis-woman, mid 40s, into dancing, forests, traveling, Portland ridiculousness. Pescatarian -Early 20s opera singer from Hawaii, into meditation and filled with joyous energy. We value a calm and clean home, and have busy lives. Hoping for the same in a roommate. Ideally we can all have occasional meals, game nights, and bonfires together but the house tends to draw fairly introverted folks who like to recharge in their rooms. Another sociable introvert would likely fit well in the house :) YOU: **good communicator, considerate, have a busy life, and are enjoyable company :) **just one person **If you cook meat, it works best when it's minimal in the house (for smell more than ethics, though we are both vegetarian). **down with the fact that we keep the kitchen as a pro-social, internet-free zone, and that there is no TV in the living room (except for when we bring one out for house movie night) **CLEAN (yes, this is very important) **the house is toxic chemical-free (meaning eco-friendly house cleaning products, laundry detergents, etc.) **NO cigs, heavy drinkers/partiers, nor shoes in house **We don’t have any pets but are open to cats (with pet deposit). No dogs. Utilities: $150/mo which includes water, gas, electricity, internet, ridwell, and trash. Move-in costs are first month + $775 security deposit. **Please share a bit about yourself, including how you tend to share space, if you plan on working or studying from home or outside of the home, when you would like to start renting, and how long you imagine you would like to rent for.
