I am renting out extra bedroom in my 3br apartment. Room and bathroom are upstairs. Semi private. Shared kitchen and common areas. WiFi, cable, PG&E, water, and trash paid for, no extra charge. Sorry no animals ( I already have 2 inside cats). More than one person is ok if short time.
