Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Maker – Full-Time (Sterling, VA) Compensation: Starting at $20/hour minimum (based on experience) + benefits Employment Type: Full-time Location: Sterling, VA Jefferson Millwork & Design is seeking a Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join our team at our production facility in Sterling, VA. We are a well-established millwork company specializing in high-end architectural interiors for commercial and institutional clients across the D.C. metro area. This is a shop-only position. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the millwork industry. You’ll work on both custom and repeat production projects in a clean, organized, and well-equipped environment. --- Job Duties Include: · Fabricating and assembling custom cabinetry, casework, and millwork · Reading and interpreting shop drawings and cut lists · Using woodworking machinery, tools, and materials safely and accurately · Working with hardwoods, plywood, veneer, laminate, and solid surface · Maintaining a clean, organized workspace · Collaborating with shop leads and team members to meet quality and production goals --- Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet making or architectural millwork · Familiarity with woodworking equipment and fabrication methods · Ability to read and follow shop drawings · Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality craftsmanship · Reliable transportation to and from the shop · Able to lift 50+ lbs and work full-time in a shop environment · Positive attitude and good communication skills --- We Offer: · Starting pay at $20/hour minimum, with raises based on performance and experience · Health and dental insurance · 401(k) with company match · Paid holidays and vacation · Year-round, full-time work · Bonuses for performance and reliability Please send your resume to: bregan@jeffersonmillwork.com
