Operational & Financial Oversight ·        Manage department travel and expense budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. ·        Monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. ·        Drive process improvements to optimize efficiency and streamline collaboration with engineering and order management.   Requirements Qualifications ·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; MBA preferred. ·        8+ years of experience in field application engineering, technical sales, or a related role. ·        Proven leadership experience managing technical teams. ·        Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power grid automation, and related technologies. ·        Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. ·        Willingness to travel 20–30%. ·        Must be willing to work onsite daily, this is not a remote position. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
