This is a seasonal position. This is a non-exempt position with a hourly pay range of $25-30/hour. Record and inspect deliveries for compliance with purchase orders. Supervise and operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks). Stage and organize orders for shipping, production, and storage in accordance with FIFO and company/customer standards. Conduct routine, periodic, and annual inventories with accuracy and precision. Food Safety Implement and enforce departmental procedures and food safety protocols. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements. Identify and report any food safety concerns to management immediately. Attend all required food safety training. Maintain a clean, organized, and continuously improving warehouse environment. Qualifications 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility. HACCP and SQF training preferred; familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and internal policies required. Inventory control proficiency Data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced production setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Physical / Additional Requirements: Maintain great attendance at all times Ability to work late nights or early mornings as required. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
