Luxury Install Technician Euro-Style Cabinetry & Custom Wood Millwork M-F 7:00 to 3:30pm $28.00 - $44.00 per hr. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics). You might also install kitchen islands, ceiling beams, decorative panels, bars, even a bunk bed system. These homes can have dozens of rooms, theaters, guest houses - some have elevators, indoor basketball courts, bowling, racquetball, etc. Responsibilities • Manage site inventory, punch lists & repairs. • Execute plans to exact specs with minimal error. • Manage install related issues, provide solutions. • Install cabinetry with incredible accuracy, care, efficiency. • Deliver flawless installations, ensuring every detail is perfect. • Resourcefully handle unexpected challenges, make adjustments. • Own the craftsmanship, ensure your work meets luxury standards. Qualifications • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. • Ability to read and understand shop drawings. • At least 2+ YEARS experience installing Euro-Style cabinets. • Be ready from day one, arriving prepared, respectful, and eager. • Anticipate & resolve issues independently, with minimal oversight. • Be responsibility for quality of work, punctuality, and preparedness. • Confident with trim, drilling, measuring, cutting, leveling, and cabinetry.
