Now Hiring – Mull Department (Window Manufacturing) $16.75/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed) We’re looking for dependable individuals to join our Mull Department in a fast-paced window manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role assembling window units and working as part of a production team. Summary The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing our products, as well as performing measurement services related to our products.  This full-time, hourly role involves hands-on assembly and testing of precision products, as well as performing repair services in a controlled lab environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform manual assembly and repair of components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Maintain accurate production records, including workflow documentation and quality logs. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues. Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures, including gowning protocols and material handling guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional training. Requirements High school diploma or GED; A.S.
