Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils. Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications. Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire. Assemble components and perform quality checks. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset. Requirements 🧠 What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Comfortable using manual and powered hand tools. Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Hoist/crane experience and forklift certification are a plus. Safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail.
