Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for our client based in Akron, OH. You will set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and fabricate metal components with precision. This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and grow your long-term career. Responsibilities: CNC Press Brake machines setup and operate according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints; adjust machine settings for accuracy.  Inspect finished materials for quality and conformity; correct inconsistencies. Perform typical press operations to meet production goals. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Requirements: Minimum experience in CNC press brake set-up and operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong quality control skills and attention to detail. Must provide steel-toed boots. Must pass background and drug screening. Ability to train during 1st Shift (Mon–Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), then move to 2nd Shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM). Schedule & Pay Shifts: Training on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift. Pay: $20/hr (based on experience, overtime available).
