Assembler – Hand Solderer Location: Moorpark, CA Pay: $18 – $21/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM A busy and growing electronics manufacturing company in Moorpark is looking for an experienced Hand Solder Assembler to join their production team. This role focuses on high-quality assembly and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBAs) using both SMT and thru-hole components. Help with deliveries, loading/unloading, and handling logistics (approx. 10%). Perform general shop cleanup and occasional on-site support (approx. 10%). Follow directions carefully and support lead millworkers on projects. Work safely with tools, materials, and equipment. Requirements: MUST HAVE reliable transportation. Able to lift, move, and carry heavy materials. Basic shop knowledge and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive “can-do” attitude.
