XMSTART is looking to add an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Logistics and Facilities Support Specialist to our team in Chantilly, VA. This position is 100% onsite and supports the Special Activities Office (SAO) in overseeing and maintaining physical spaces, equipment, and accountable property across the enterprise. Requirements Responsibilities: Support the Facilities and Logistics Chief in the management of SAO’s physical spaces, equipment, materials, and accountable property. Maintain current knowledge of NRO property and space management policies; assist the Custodial Property Officer (CPO) in fulfilling Property Officer responsibilities per NRO Directives, Instructions, and Manuals. Manage and update the NRO accountable property inventory; ensure accurate record-keeping within the NRO database for all property acquisitions, transfers, movements, and dispositions. Conduct annual property audits across designated facilities and provide findings to Government leads for final approval and submission. Maintain and update floor plans for all SAO-managed and leased spaces; deliver updated layouts monthly to the Government (CDRL TM002). Generate and present space management progress reports for all requests related to additional office space or facility renovations. Liaise with third-party vendors to obtain cost estimates and coordinate project planning for space modifications. Track all facility changes and moves; maintain an updated and accessible database detailing project status and logistics. Coordinate and execute office relocations across working spaces and facilities, including the transport and storage of office furniture, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, facilities, or property management support Familiarity with NRO directives and facilities/property procedures Strong organizational and tracking skills; capable of maintaining complex inventories and databases Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders Desired/Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting Government or Intelligence Community (IC) facility/logistics teams Experience coordinating government office moves or space planning Knowledge of government procurement or cost estimation processes Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related discipline preferred Certification: N/A Security Clearance Requirements: Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph required
